The lowest birth rate is in industrial countries, followed by less developed countries at over 2 children per woman, and least developed, still at a <strong>shocking 4 children + per woman.<\/strong> The countries which can least afford to care for more people are growing fastest. Still, there is progress seen in this chart.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/rescuetheworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Birth-v-Develmt.jpg\" width=\"414\" height=\"334\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">The second chart, below, shows a dramatic correlation between: Going to highschool &amp; Women having lower birth rates.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/rescuetheworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Birth-v-Women-Edu.jpg\" width=\"413\" height=\"322\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Source: EPI or<\/strong><\/span><strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.earthpolicy.org\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Earth Policy Institute.org<\/a> <span style=\"color: #003366;\">UNESCO<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">It is understood that a correlation is not the same as a causation, but the data is compelling. <strong>When 80% of women have a highschool education, birth rate drops dramatically to 2 children per woman or less. <\/strong>This is the sustainabilily goal the planet earth must achieve, by ethical means. Other factors, such as relative affluence and human and women&#8217;s rights will affect reduction in birth rates. Which factor is dominant and which ones follow? Does it matter? Graduates support new girl&#8217;s access to highschool, which they would not have otherwise. Progress is tracked in an annual <strong>Goalkeepers Report<\/strong>. Recently, there has been a shift to include more Education projects, particularly for women. Current UN FAO\u00a0projections (UN food and agriculture organization) are a big flag on poverty and hunger, as seen in the next chart. The Gates Foundation is optimistic that through improved education, as well as healthcare, overall population levels will be lower in key African countries. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Countries like Nigeria and the Congo have the potential to be home to half the world&#8217;s extremely poor people by 2050, and need immediate attention. There are ample opportunities to lower the percentage of extremely poor people, as well as ethically reducing overall population. Education is an essential element.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">The Gates Foundation has initiatives on<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gatesfoundation.org\/What-We-Do\/Global-Growth-and-Opportunity\/Agricultural-Development\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Agriculture<\/b><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gatesfoundation.org\/What-We-Do\/Global-Development\/Family-Planning\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Education in family planning<\/b><\/a>, <span style=\"color: #003366;\">in addition to healthcare.
